Word allows you to create cross-references to each of the following Numbered items Headings Bookmarks Footnotes Endnotes Equations Figures Tables In the following example let say I want to insert a cross reference at the end of the highlighted paragraph (). The See Page has already been d in. On the Insert tab select Cross-reference from the Links section. When the Cross-reference dialog box opens select Numbered item Heading Bookmark or any of the item s in the list above from the Reference drop-down list. Once you select a reference all of those references from your document will be displayed. In this case all the Numbered items are showing. Scroll to the one you want.
