Not sure what you mean exactly - do you want to start the page numbering on page 2 ? Or do you want to have page 1 as the first page but just remove the automatic page numbering ? If you right click (or control click on Mac) the page icon in the pages panel you will see you have options for Numbering and Section options. Here you can change the number and the style of the number - you can do this multiple times so you can start with Roman Numerals and then move on to normal numbering. You can also start your page numbering at any number. Just remember an uneven number is always the right hand side page - this is correct and ID is unforgiving in this respect - the uneven number is always on the right. If you are using auto page numbering and want a page with no numbering simply apply the None Master Page to the page concerned.
