How to Change the Page in Word 1. Open Word and the page you want to change. The navigable pane is at the top of the page. 2. Click the Page down arrow to go back to the page you want to change. Note : If you need to use a number as a reference in the navigation, just press 1, 2, or 3 to jump to the number. 3.
