Bates Stamp Pst Files: What You Should Know
You can find this information in Windows registry as well as other ways. For example, here's how to see the bates of all folders and files:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\\{BASE} (for example, 7.2, 7.0, 7.0d)
The default is HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\ CurrentVersion\\{BASE}.

Bates in Outlook
We can use any number of Bates to create an email subject line, senders email address, attachments, subject, headers, footers, or the body of an email.

Attachments created with a Bates number will be converted to e-mail subject line, subject and text attachments.
For example, if the attachment's number begins with 13 then the subject line will begin with “Bates 13” and the body will contain the date of the attachment with Bates numbers.
