You will then be able to sign in to your account and submit online web repair request form to Automated Marking Inc. Your Repair Request will be emailed out to you, so please allow 5-10 minutes for us to receive the request. Once we have received it we will then contact you and let you know what we can do to repair your machine. Once repaired, your machine will come back online, and you will have to log in and upload some files into the system. Once this all is done, you have a new machine with the correct number and will have no more errors. The repair may take a few days as it needs to be processed through the manufacturer.
