How Can A Sales Rep Become A Sales Superstar?

Salespeople are often HIGHLY compensated by commissions, so if you sell a lot you can make MORE then your boss. You can also make minimum wage if you don’t sell anything, but that’s the risk you take.

PLUS if you quit to get a raise, that’s another plus. You will get more attention and can make more sales. You get to take the next promotion to the next level! Furthermore, you know this, and it is better than taking half a salary. And no one will ever notice that you quit. That isn't their job. This might sound a bit odd, but it is true.
