Publishers are trying to get you to buy books. Yes, a true statement. So are authors. There are a number of reasons a person writes a book. 1. T have a story in them to tell 2. There is a desire to make some money with their imagination 3. We know that some of us are a bit Asian but not Asian enough to be called American. Many of us know, because we’ve read articles in the NY Times and read books by such well-known authors as Alice Walker and Ralph Ellison about America’s racial problem, that something is wrong even though we are told it is not. The truth is, we are all duped. Our ancestors did live in Asia. The real question is, why were they duped by their own country's lies? There are so many questions. We have been duped so many times by our governments lies and our leaders that we find it hard to.
