I got all excited today when I saw "Create->Script". Unfortunately not what I was thinking... I would love the ability to create storyboards, simple screenplay type scripts, and multimedia presentations scripts. It wouldn't need to be as complex as Final Draft or Springboard, just something easy to collaborate with people for scripting promo videos, presentations, cut-scenes, voice-over dialog, etc.
What would be amazing would be the ability to build a full dynamic interactive production pipeline from start to finish. We would be creating a lot of rich data for the player to explore as they explore the world. This has the potential to make a huge difference for the player. The game and interactive design in general has to support a dynamic and engaging player, and this ability to manipulate the world as they explore it would be a huge help for everyone. Here's a rough prototype of a scripting tool that I've been working up for a while now (this is for a Unity game): I'm looking to get a beta done by the end of the year, but I haven't gotten round to working full-time on it yet. My main priority for the next year is getting things done on the game.
