What Is The Difference Between Mathematics And Philosophy Of?

The computer science department is the one that sells the most (and not the most) expensive textbooks. Well, actually, the library's budget is really quite reasonable, so I guess it is the price-based market (that's why I had a problem when I was a student, and we had to go to the university-owned and operated campus library). So now, why is this relevant? As I've said before, there isn't even necessarily a monopoly in this market. The market will develop a level playing field and prices in computing may eventually converge around those prices in these departments.
